Closest thing to butter flavor with NO FAT! June 7, 2008 R. Jones (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I really like this product. When sprinkled on moist foods, it tastes very rich and buttery. Contains NO FAT, NO CHOLESTEROL and is low carb for those who are watchful of their carb intake. I prefer an ultra low-fat diet and the Butter Buds are great for my lifestyle. I put them on potatoes, oatmeal, rice dishes etc...
Highly recommended!
Love those ButterBuds February 22, 2008 I. Jochimsen (Massachusetts) My local store stopped carrying these, so I am glad to find them here.
Great butter flavor, no calories!
great substitute March 2, 2008 AnyWoman "AE" (NYC) is it like adding a heaping spoon of salty butter to your meal? obviously not... but for anybody trying to avoid too much sodium and fat, this is a fantastic substitute

Butter Salt August 7, 2007 L. Brick 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I prefer mcCormick's butter salt. But since I haven't been able to find this item in the stores, I switched to Butter Buds as I got tired of looking for it.I would like to see Amazon add McCormick's butter salt to their list.
